The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing basic maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of production equipment and facilities in a food manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position working under direct supervision and providing support to senior technicians and the Maintenance Manager.
The shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm with overtime as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic repairs on production, packaging, and facility equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on food processing and packaging equipment.
- Replace and adjust belts, bearings, seals, motors, and other basic mechanical components as directed.
- Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication (HazCom), and Cal/OSHA requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
- Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support production teams during line changeovers, startups, and equipment setups.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to supervision.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Other duties as assigned and necessary.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safe maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy for completing work orders and maintenance logs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairs.
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures (hot, cold, or wet conditions) and around food production equipment.
- Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company and Cal/OSHA standards.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a food manufacturing facility where exposure to noise, temperature changes, wet floors, and moving mechanical parts may occur. All work must be performed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company food safety standards.

- Assist with special HR projects such as associate engagement initiatives, associate surveys, and other related activities.

What You’ll Need:
- 2–5 years of recruiting or talent coordination experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience recruiting across a broad range of roles, including administrative, production, and operations positions, both non-exempt and exempt.
- Prior experience recruiting for a CPG, food manufacturing, or similar company is highly preferred. High-growth experience is a plus.

Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

What You’ll Do:
- Code invoices to the proper G/L accounts and cost centers in SAP
- Distribute invoices and manage the approval process to make sure it is completed in a timely manner.
- Process approved inventory invoices, including deposits and prepayments, for payment.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Support in the weekly ACH/Check run
- Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and obtain appropriate documentation from the business.
- Maintain relationships with assigned vendors.
- Reconcile vendor accounts using monthly statements.
- Perform vendor call backs to validate that the required information is accurate.
- Collect and maintain the appropriate W-9 Forms from our vendors
- Complete credit applications for new vendors
- Calculates sales/use tax for eligible invoices
- Prepare period end accruals and validate the coding of invoices for the accrual.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.

Working Conditions and Physical Aspects:
· You can expect to handle packages from small envelopes to boxes ranging up to 80 pounds.

The Director of FP&A will serve as a strategic finance leader for Kevin’s Natural Foods, owning the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. This role partners directly with the CFO and executive leadership to provide insights that shape business strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure financial discipline. The Director will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, while also mentoring a growing FP&A team and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

- Lead the company’s financial planning processes including hands on ownership of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, and periodic latest estimates. Ensure assumptions are clear, data-driven, and aligned with corporate strategy.

Supervises production personnel within their assigned department. Responsible for day-to-day operational functions on assigned shift to ensure accuracy, continuous flow process, maintaining quality assurance standards, effective and efficient productivity, achieving labor targets, inventory accuracy, maintaining a safety environment, and training supervisors and leads in production operations while reaching or exceeding all established goals and deadlines.

What You’ll Do:
· Supervises operations on assigned shift and confers with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems to ensure plant is operating at optimum efficiency.
· Supervises production associates, including training, performance management and daily work assignments. Includes coaching, performance feedback and initiating disciplinary/corrective action.
· Maintain thorough knowledge of plant process and equipment, have workable knowledge of industry technological developments and best practices.
· Maintains knowledge of plant quality control, relying on current data and to materials use, technological processes, and industry literature.
· Reviews schedules and production orders to ensure standards for inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, duty assignments and time constraints are met.
· Monitors production lines for correct machine settings for optimum performance while conforming to product specification.
· Ensures timely corrective actions are implemented relating to equipment failures or break downs, quality deviations, sanitation audits, etc.
· Follows and enforces all Good Manufacturing Policies (GMP’s), ensures that Safety Policies are followed.
· Continuously reviews QA product testing for conformance to specifications and alerts superior if product is out of conformance.
· Promotes and maintains positive relationships between intermediate levels of management and employees.
· Ensures proper crewing is scheduled for each shift, according to the workload in all areas of the Production Department.
· Participates in cross--functional teams, such as production meetings, quality meetings, safety committee, etc.
· Supports the review, understanding and compliance of all programs, policies and procedures contained in the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
· Ensures the assigned department is following sanitation practices and following housekeeping rules.
· Collaborates with other managers and supervisors to coordinate activities in and among departments.
· Engages with and understand the sanitation process as it relates to the assigned department.
· Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data.
· Monitors and observes trimming operations to improve and or reduce loss.
· Evaluates the trim and purge data per load and reports to superiors if defects are high.
· Ensures all associates are trained on trimming and tumbling practices and follow the internal rule of “No Bad Bites”
· Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to participation on HACCP team and assisting in the investigation of quality issues or customer complaints.
